A Victorian oil on ivory portrait miniature of a gentleman, in a gold bracelet frame with original gold mounted entwined hairwork strap, inscribed en verso 'Jane Seymour from Her Dear Husband, March 21st, 1849, frame 83mm, strap only 13.5cm, gross weight 68 grams.

A few minr scratches and dings to the gold on the back of the strap mounts. A few minor scratches to the back of the frame. Small scracth to the glass cover of the miniature. One end of the of the bracelet has become detached from the frame mount. Some blemish marks? to the lapel of the jacket. Overall condition is otherwise good.
