White enamel to dial flaking; mahogany surround at 9 in need of tightening with glue. Movement with key and pendulum; when set in motion, timekeeping was fair for approx. one hour; after several hours the escape wheel continues to rotate but timekeeping no longer functioning. Attention needed.
