A Victorian mahogany haberdashery cabinet of twenty four drawers, with moulded top and recessed brass handles, each drawer numbered and applied with a label denoting the contents, width 136cm depth 35cm height 82cm

Condition:
Overall of a good rich reddish mahogany tone, the top with old scuffs marks and scratches commensurate with age the right-hand side has later strips of wood applied to the top front and base along with a replacement panel of mahogany to the whole side all of which are held in place with flathead screws and small tacks, the left-hand side has the original mahogany finish but has a later strip of wood applied across the base. Base of the cabinet looks unfinished and presumably stood upon a counter at one point.
