Good honest original colour, 1 or 2 tiny nicks to the veneers on some of the edges of the corners but essentially very good condition, original shelves and faded velvet lining within, original lock with a working key, some light scuffing to the plinth, overall a good honest original piece.
Victorian - looks to date to c.1880.
