A Victorian gold, blue enamel, diamond and pearl set heart shaped pendant, the back with glazed circular panel and front set with five old cut diamonds, 17mm.

Enamel is chipped on the back by the bale and four times on the front by the diamonds. One of the diamonds has a tiny nick to the table facer edge. Small piece of gold missing from the setting of the pearl. The glazed insert en verso does not sit true.
