Clock does has bell strike and it is present, pendulum is present but no key, mechanism doesn't appear to be working, one of the reasons being there is an arbor palette missing from the escapement, dial has several cracks mainly between over 5 and 6 but also between 7 and 8, also several cracks to the marble and one loose piece, also pieces missing.
