A Regency penwork sarcophagus tea caddy, decorated with exotic flowers, the interior with two canisters and lacking mixing bowl, 12.5in.

There is general scuffing and wear to the varnish all over on the exterior. Only at the back of the caddy has an area of the penwork been worn away. The rear right hinged is slightly loose with with a small loss of wood around the area. The canisters have scuffing to the varnish on the sides and a small area of wear to the penwork. The zinc lining to the interior of the canisters has largeley flaked off. The base has panel has a spli and loss to the paper inset. Otherwise an attractive box.
