A Regency brass inset mahogany apothecary chest with two doors, enclosing a compartmented interior over a single deep draw all with recessed, brass handles, includes some original glass bottles, and other fittings, 35cm wide, 26cm deep, 58cm high

Condition:
Overall of a rich, polished, reddish, brown mahogany tone, brass top plate is not named, but the lacquer is a little worn, some brass inlay missing around the escutcheon of the left door, escutcheon, and some veneer missing around that of the right door. Left side has lost a strip of veneer at the base. Internally no key present for the original lock, divisions to the top internal bottle holders and those within the doors are all missing, the top four internal drawers have sliding lids. The next drawer down is compartmented with some lost divisions, as is the lowest drawer, main base drawer is vacant and has never been fitted.
