Condition:
Overall of an even gingery reddish mahogany brown colour, the raised back may well be a later addition, the sides are fixed with flat head screws, and have some cracking as does the back panel which is cracked towards the right corner, back of the sideboard has grooves for a plate rack which again looks added, top a little more faded than the rest with splits running in from the left hand side and minor ring marks, dents and stains commensurate with age, further fine splitting running nearer the central bow, in the main the drawers have later locks and no key is present, some small losses to the stringing and small pieces of veneer missing particularly around the lower edge with scuffing to the feet, horizontal splits in the sides.
