STRICTLY SPEAKING THIS IS A WALL PLAQUE AS THERE ARE THREE HANGING HOLES MADE IN MANUFACTURE TO THE FOOT.
Minor manufacturing imperfections including fritting the dark blue border and occasional glaze scratches. There is fine crazing to the glaze all over, otherwise in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.
