A King James I bible 1613-18, 'imprinted at London by Robert Barker', quarto, 19th century binding with original leather covering and brass mounts to boards, containing calendar of Psalmes printed in red & black, Genealogies by J.S., Old Testament Anno 1613, New Testament Anno 1614, Two right profitable and fruit full Concordances, or large and ample Tables Alphabeticall, collected by R.F.H. 1615 and The Table of whole Book of Psalmes imprinted at London for the Companie of Stationers 1618 some losses

Clasps lacking, book has been re-bound in 19th century using original leather covering to the boards, all pages with dirt and browning to edges and some discolouration to sheets, owners names inset to inside board. Calendar of Psalmes with chipped and torn pages with at least one page lacking, staining to pages around edge in The Collects. Repair to tear in page in Of Matrimonie and occasional loss to corner of page. Some staining and loss at bottom of pages in Genealogies, some pages printed at slight angle in Old Testament and New Testament, occasional minor loss to the odd page. Chips, dog ears and losses to pages towards end of the whole Book of Psalmes.
