The side with bridge in foreground has some flake losses to the edge of the joins of the cases particularly along the top and a third join down with slight flaking on the left hand side just above the fisherman in a boat, the opposing side has very slight flaking at the very edge of the joints to the cases, on the edges six of the ten suspension mounts for the cord are detached but all are present with some slight flaking of the lacquer around the area, there is also some slight wear to the lacquer on the very corners of the case and on the base there is a slight chip to the bottom edge, the interior of the case has minor wear but generally good.
