A Japanese Satsuma pottery scalloped dish, by Kinkozan, Meiji period, the centre decorated with a female immortal standing on the back of a dragon with a female attendant, surrounded by eight white and blue enamelled twelve petalled chrysanthemum mon, within a brocade and scrolling cloud borders, nine character mark to base (Da Nihon Satsuma Kinkozan So), diameter 32.5cm

There is some slight wear to the gilding around the edge and interior of the dish with some very slight losses to some of the raised gilt bubbles and the cloud shaped motifs on the figure of Kwannon, otherwise in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks.
