A Japanese Satsuma pottery ovoid 'dragon' vase, Meiji period, decorated with a striking dragon amid gosu blue waves and rocks, gilt two character signature with red mon to the base, H.31cm

There is some fine crazing to the glaze all over which is stained around the rim and neck. There's some occasional scratching and scuffing to the enamels in particular the gosu blue otherwise in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks detected.
