A Japanese Meiji period white metal tea caddy and cover with fluted knop, signed, of oval form with swivel handle, the cover with card cut decoration and engraved with chrysanthemums and dragons with a Greek key border, the double walled base decorated with various birds amongst bamboo, reeds and peonies, signed to the base, height excluding handle, 10.8cm, 19.9oz.

Condition:
