A Japanese Meiji period gold lacquer casket, decorated with a landscape, 13cm, a Chinese hardwood toilet box with internal mirrors, an early 20th century European white metal mounted walnut cigarette box and a small Chinese hardwood stand

- lacquer box - a little matted and dirty with chipping to the top left corner and small breaks to the corners of the lid, base of the box worn and matted with chipping to two of the lower corners, apparently unsigned, 13 x 10 x 6cm
- Chinese hardwood box - lid lifts up to reveal an attached mirror, a further loose mirror below and a compartment base, fitted with a separate base drawer, slightly crudely made and a little worn and dirty, one back hinge is loose, 20 x 15 x 11cm
- cigarette box - rather dark and dirty with the metal mounts oxidised, a white burn or stain to the left side and some fine cracks running through the timbers, needlework panel inset to the top faded and dirty, inside has distressed silver foiling and a compartment for matches, no key present, 18 x 11 x 7.5cm
- small Chinese hardwood stand - looks to be made to hold three items or a three legged bowl?, a little scuffed and dirty, the top broken away and re-stuck, diameter 6cm height 3.5cm
