A Japanese Meiji period carved ivory group of a goddess and dragon with attendants, signed to the underside, height 8cm Condition: Looks a little dirty, a few fine cracks running in the ivory particularly the scroll behind her head, one fine crack running through the underside which carries through to run up the centre stem of the carving but is hard to spot as it runs through the darkest recess, further tip of one scroll missing on the back just beneath the dragon with a further fine hair crack
