There is some general scuffing and scratching consistent with age and use all over. The clasp to the cover has been burnt away slightly at the fixing. There is some denting to the brass corner mounts, particularly on the bottom of the case, otherwise the leather is in reasonable condition, not too dry and has some decent suppleness to it.
