Barraclough & Sons, hallmarked Chester 1937, of circular form with stylised foliate pierced panels between gadrooned borders with twin cast scroll handles and standing on four cast foliate bracket feet with a blue glass liner, height 85mm, weight 5.5oz/174grms.
