Marks on Italian case are '750 925 and a rubbed Italian city mark. Very minor nicks to the table facet edges of the green stone. Minor surface scratches to the case in places also. A few minor dings and surface scratches to the box in places. Later engraved inscriptions to top of cover and front of the base. Hallmarks clear.
