Condition:
The Claymore has had a large amount of grease applied to the blade and there is some corrosion evident to the blade towards the centre around the etching on each side. The basket hilt has numerous rust patches and the timber lining on the inside of the metal scabbard has degraded where it has stuck to the grease. The broadsword has also been heavily greased and has some minor corrosion to the blade but the metal fittings to the handle have some more obvious corrosion and the leather scabbard is a little scuffed in places. Both blades are scuffed. The Claymore blade is stamped 44180 the 8 stamped over a 7.
