A George III silver seven bar toastrack, by Battie, Howard & Hawksworth?, of rectangular form, with engraved crest and gadrooned base, on bun feet, Sheffield, 1819, height 14.6cm, 11.5 oz.

All four feet are dented and two are split with holes. Old repair (silver solder) to underside of central bar at one end. Possible old repair to underside of side by central bar. Possible repair to base of vertical bar at one end. Hallmarks clear but maker's mark quite rubbed.
