A George III silver salver, of shaped circular form, with shell and scroll border and later? engraved decoration on four hoof feet, maker, possible Robert Rew or Richard Rugg I, London, 1762, 36.7cm, 37 oz.

Two of the feet have been repaired. Later? engraved scroll decoration arond the centre. Centre is very marked/scratched. Later engraved inscription to the base. Base quite tarnished and edges beginning to look quite worn. Minor wear to the shell decoration around the border. Hallmarks clear.
