A George III oak Shropshire dresser base, fitted with three crossbanded drawers above a wavy frieze, on cabriole legs with hoof feet, W.7ft 6in.

Slight gap appearing now where the top is made in two sections and they have moved away slightly, evidence of old holes along the back where the plate rack would have once stood, left hand corner ear bracket is a replacement, there are minor replacement veneers in places mainly the banding around the drawers, nibbles and minor losses to the hoof feet, left hand foot has a replaced section, other general marks and scuffs all over, evidence of water damage along the top where plants have probably once stood, overall average used condition.
