A generously sized table, the top has no doubt seen fair wear and tear over the years and now has a patchy finish ranging from a dark rich mahogany colour to more gingerish tones, a number of fine surface dents, scratch and scuff marks, along with the odd ring mark, top is fairly level but not precisely so, pillars in good condition, reeded legs a little worn from wear and tear over the years, caps and castors all intact, comes with two large leaves that haven't been used for many years and retain a mid reddish mahogany colour, these leaves may well be later additions, both suffer from some scratching, old paint flecks and other wear and tear including one or two splits, some form of adaption has happened to the table, one half has a cross member to the underside from which supports for a leaf hinge out and also has later iron U shaped brackets to take stretchers, the other side has a different arrangement lacking the cross section but with slide out supports for a leaf, as it stands this table could be made to take one leaf but not two, comes with brass clips which do join the main two sections, overall a good table but is in need of some restoration.

Have the two ends been reduced in width? No.
Ends: width 158.5cm depth 94cm
Leaves: width 158.5cm depth 90cm
