A George III lignum vitae coffee mill, with brass handle, 10in.

Top brass and steel crank handle looks original, there is something missing from the very top where a thread can be seen in the aperture, this top section has some nicks around the rim one being larger than the others and the thread is now rather worn going into the top of the mid section, top of the mid section shows two edge chips and some other nicks one of which is a slight crack, thread to the lower mid section is running fine, original steel mill is present and turning, base looks to be a later replacement and a rather crude pin is used to attach it, overall good rich colour, the base being slighty lighter.
