A George III engraved silver helmet shaped cream jug, Francis Purton?, London, circa 1790, height 10.6cm (a.f.), together with a cased set of six George V silver coffee can holders, with glass inserts, Marples & Co, Birmingham, 1910.

Condition:
The cream jug is very tarnished there is a repair to the top of the handle where it joins the body. There is an engraved monogram with a date to the front of the jug and there are two large dents to the main body. Hallmarks consist of duty mark, makers mark and lion only. One of the glass tots is a probable replacement as it ill fits the holder otherwise the overall condition of the set is good.
