A George III bright cut engraved silver mustard pot by John Wakefield, of rectangular form with canted corners, engraved monogram and decorated with floral swags, London, 1791, with blue glass liner and later associated spoon, 4 oz.

Some green oxidisation to the interior of lid under knop. The blue glass liner has a rin chip. Top of handle slightly pushed into the body. Spoon is bent. Possible old small repair to the hinge??. Hallmarks clear. Hallmarked for London, 1791 . Lion only stamped on lid. Lid is slightly raised close to the hinge and doesn't quite sit flush to the main body.
