A George III brass mounted mahogany hour repeating bracket clock, with plain arched case, later painted Roman dial signed W. Johnson, London and unsigned twin fusee movement, 16in.

Case of good rich colour, dial has been re-done, looks like the front door has had a latch at some point which has now been removed but there is no key for the case, back door does not shut properly, some splitting around the top of this, movement has a repeat and is going although not tested for timekeeping, pendulum has an old solder repair, overall fair condition.
