This is 18th century. Upholstery looks to be later but is of some age, wood work has been later varnished in a very dark blackish brown tone but rubbed on tops of the arms, frame is solid, fine surface scuffs, dents and knocks commensurate with age, back legs are stylised hoof. Tapestry good. From a local private estate.
