A George II and later carved giltwood and burr walnut wall mirror, the cartouche shaped crest above a shallow bevelled mirror plate, veneered in walnut within carved giltwood foliate borders, with a pair of gilt metal girandole branches, 133.5cm high, 69cm wide

Condition:
Overall looks honest original condition. Gilt crest has been broken and crudely re-attached. Chipping to the extremities of the gilt borders. Some fine cracks through the veneer, notably on the left, level with the top of the plate and just left of 6 o'clock. Brass arms and sconces look old but later. Plate very oxidised, looks original.
