with moulded cornice, two short and three graduated long drawers over a brushing slide and three further long drawers with concave starburst inlay to the base drawer, on bracket feet,

Condition:
Overall of an even mid toffee brown tone, a little darker to the sides, some breaking away of the cornice to the top right corner and splitting at the left, drawers have original locks but later handles and escutcheons, brushing slide is plain oak, starburst inlay to the base drawer is within the depth of the drawer timber not going further into the drawer, the foot corresponds with a slight inwards bow at the starburst, feet look later or cut down or both.
