A French silver wine taster, gadrooned and with snake handles, rim inscribed 'Pierre Covrtillov', probably Angers

The rim has had a couple of knocks as it is slightly misshapen. There are scratches and a small ding to the base and there is a small dent to the side of the base rim. Marks rubbed, only one clear mark looks partly to be NES (in a vertical line) on one side of rim. Small head and animal head marks to the other. Worn marks to top of handle, possibly legible if you know what you are looking for. Weight 101g.
