A French decorative oval shaped glass and gilt mounted mantel clock, 23cm high. Condition - good, unchecked if working

Condition:
Glasses good; embossed brass mask around sides and top a little loose making it appear that parts of the mount are missing at the base, but this is not so; one embossed brass feather from around dial detached and returned, as shown; with key. Movement not working, i.e. balance not rotating, attention needed; arbour needed to correct hands is difficult to engage - seems to be too close to one side. One piece of the brass applied decoration has broken away from the side of the dial. Please see online image five.
