A French brass carriage clock, having hour-repeat movement with enamelled Arabic chapter ring, with presentation inscription to base of case, H 15cm

The case has been polished back and is dirty and tarnished in places, it is inscribed on the front of the base, the glass has some minor chips, the dial is good with some slight discolouration and scratches to the mask, the movement is polished and the strike train functions however the going train does not currently function and will require at least an overhaul. The lever platform escapement appears to be original.
