The overall condition is good. The stone appears original but may possibly be a replacement?? French poincon mark and maker's stamp on the outside of the shank along with the word "Miault". Ring head length 1.25in. The opal is 9.35mm by 7.7mm. Unsure of age. The gross weight is 8.5 grams.
