The vase looks like a section of the neck has been broken out and messily restored with the entire of the interior of the neck being badly re-painted, approx. one third of the exterior. There is also a hairline crack visible to the interior of the lid. Other than the bad restoration and the damage, just typical minor flaws in the manufacture
