A Copeland Spode 84-piece breakfast service decorated with floral sprigs, retailed by Goode.

This service has puce printed outlines to the floral sprays and have then been handcoloured with the yellows, pinks, blues, orange and greens. Underside is marked in green Spode Copelands China England with a green T. Goode & Co mark, pattern no.5798 in puce and an indistinct impressed mark.
Comprises:
- A pair of 6.25 inch bowls - one with radial cracking to body
- 16 x 9 inch plates - one with 4 inch radial crack, one with two hairline rim cracks, one cracked and rivetted from one side to the other, one stained with a 4 inch radial crack, and another 4 or 5 with very slight rubbing to the painted decoration where it stands proud on the spiral moulding.

- 4.25 inch bowl - with 2 inch curved crack to base
- 4 inch bowl
- 14 x 7 inch plates - 5 of which have varying degrees of cracks, 4 or 5 of the others with very slight wear to the decoration or very light scratching to the glazing
- 9 x 9.5 inch plates - 2 badly cracked, 1 with a rim chip, the others good
- 11 x 6.25 inch saucers - 2 cracked, most with slight wear to the gilding at the raised tips of the rim
- a pair of 12.75 inch oval plates
- a pair of 10.5 inch oval plates - light rubbing to the raised coloured decoration
- 6 breakfast cups - 4 cracked, 1 with a small chip near the handle and the other with very slight wear to the raised points of the gilding
- 3 x 5 inch tall jugs - 1 with small cracked repair to a foot rim chip, 2 of these have flowers printed to the inside of the pouring lip, 1 does not
- 1 x 4.75 inch jug - 1 minute foot rim chip to the underside
- 1 x 6.5 inch bowl - 2 inch crack to one side
- 1 x 5.5 inch bowl - light pink staining to the inside
- 9 x egg cups - 1 or 2 with wear to the gilding around the foot rims
- a pair of muffin dishes - one with handle completely broken away and big crack to the cover, the other with cracking to cover, bases ok.
There are slight differences to the marking, some of the pieces have Copelands China printed in green along with an RD number, when faults have been noted there is probably in addition some very slight wear to the gilding on some of the pieces.
