A Chinese yellow ground medallion bowl, Guangxu mark and of the period (1875-1908), painted with reserves of goats and an ox in landscapes, on a sgraffito yellow ground with vases of auspicious objects, the interior in underglaze blue with a medallion enclosing three further goats, encircled on the well by four fruiting and flowering branches, d. 15cm

This bowl is slightly more heavily potted than is the norm, so is possible that it maybe a later copy. It is in good condition with only minor scratching to the glaze. No restoration chips or cracks.
