A Chinese wucai vase baluster jar, 17th century, painted with a bird in flight amid rockwork peonies and magnolia, H. 20.5cm

There is some black speckling to the glaze on the inside of the neck and four tiny shallow chips to the outer edge of the rim, there is occasional minor wear to the enamels such as on the magnolia flower petals, one area with some slight brown staining to it, there is a couple of small indentations to the edge of the foot otherwise in good condition with no restoration or cracks.
