A Chinese sang-de-boeuf glazed and ‘He Xiangu’ enamelled vase, 19th century, the slender trumpet shaped neck above an angular body, enamelled in fencai colours with the figure of He Xiangu and a crane, 29.5cm high
Provenance: The owner’s parents lived in Hong Kong before 1940 when they purchased this vase, thence by family descent.

Condition:
Typical minor imperfections, fine crackle to the glaze all over in manufacture, wear to the cranes legs, otherwise in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks detected.
