A Chinese sancai-glazed biscuit porcelain ‘luduan’ censer and cover, early 18th century, the beast standing four square, the removable lid modelled as the luduan’s head, 23cm high, 18cm long, re-glued leg and ear, wood stand

Condition:
The beast’s hind right leg has been broken and re-glued with some splinter losses around the immediate area and a slight gap where it probably needs cleaning up and resetting. The head has a broken and glued right ear with some small splinter losses around the immediate area, two of the canine teeth are lacking on the top row of teeth. Grubby to the biscuit on the interior, otherwise in reasonable condition.
