A Chinese jadeite figure of a lady, early 20th century, in standing pose carrying fish, attached to a wood stand, H. 28cm

The jadeite figure has some natural veining to the stone but there appears to be no damage to any of the edges of the robes or ribbons, the figure has been glued into a wood stand so we are unable to examine the base, the figure was purchased as part of a lot from Christie's 18th July 2002 Lot 153 as evidence by a label to the base.
