A Chinese hardwood small altar table, 19th century, the rectangular framed panel top above a carved and pierced frieze decorated with taotie masks, clouds, phoenixes, bats and fruit, on square tapered legs with scrolled feet, 81cm wide, 46.5cm deep, 80cm high

Condition:
The panel to the top may be a replacement, there are some small losses to some of the carved decoration on the frieze and four of spandrels are missing. Structurally sound with some occasional dents and scratching to the timber
