A Chinese famille rose 'dragon' dish, Guangxu mark and of the period (1875-1908), the centre painted with two iron-red and gilt dragons chasing a flaming pearl amid enamelled clouds, within a diaper pattern border, the underside with flower and scrolling foliage sprays, diameter 37cm

Occasional minor scratching to the glaze and occasional minor imperfections to the glaze and enamelling, the six character mark is upside down on the reverse compared to the confronting dragons on the front and there is some wear to the gilding on the edge, otherwise in good condition with no chips cracks or restoration.
