A Chinese famille rose covered jug, Yongzheng period (1723-35), finely painted to one side with two seated ladies playing weiqi at a table, the other with a butterfly and peonies within gilt flower, fruit and foliate borders, 11.3cm high

There is some occasional wear to the gilding noticeably to the handle and finial, the finial has a splinter chip to the very top otherwise in good condition with no restoration or cracks.
