A Chinese embellished agate snuff bottle, the bottle Chinese, 1780-1820; the embellishment Japanese, Tsuda family, Kyoto, 1920-1940 and three other snuff bottles, the semi-precious stone embellished bottle of moonflask form, decorated with three children and a crane playing beneath a tree, the reverse with flowers and rockwork in a fenced garden, 5.6cm, losses to decoration, together with a cameo agate ‘HeHe Erxian’ bottle, 6cm, a cameo rock crystal ‘chickens and chicks’ snuff bottle, 6.6cm and an inside painted double snuff bottle, 5.5cm (4)

Condition:
The embellished snuff bottle has numerous losses to the overlaid decoration and cultured pearls on the edges, the other snuff bottles though appear to be in reasonable condition except for a bruise to the rock crystal snuff bottle on its mouth.
