Estimate £500-800

There is some slight movement to the lid so there is a slight gap in the join to the base at each end, there are a few small cracks to the edge of the cover at the front and a few occasional age cracks to the back of the cover and around the back right edge, a few old filler repairs to the very bottom frieze at the front probably done in manufacture, the feet generally in good condition principally because the chest has been raised on European shepherds castors with added wooden bracket supports beneath, the chest is lined in camphorwood with age crack to the base panel, there is a tiny chip loss to the flagpole one of the figures is holding on the cover. Some slight variation in colour across the top where it has faded more than other areas otherwise generally in reasonable condition.
