A Chinese blue silk kesi 'dragon' panel, 17th century, decorated with three dragons with the pearl of wisdom, amid precious objects and symbols of good fortune, 99cm x 61cm, wear and old repairs

The gold paper wrapping to the threads on the dragons is completely worn away, there is a number of areas of re-stitching repairs all over. There is pen-work decoration which may have been strengthened, there is some light staining to the bottom third of the panel, there is mould on the bottom of the mount.
