There is a drilled hole to the side of the base where it was once mounted as a lamp, there is a couple of glaze scratches extending from this and some splintering around the area of the hole, on the inside of the neck there is some heavy scratching and staining to the glaze where there was probably a fitting plugged in which has now been removed, there is a shallow chip to the inside of the unglaze foot.
